Please respond I didn't receive my order
I have called post ex they didnt recieved order till now where is my order then
good experience in straighting amd drying but it cuase breakage to hair
Jo hair dryer ho mjhy aya hai wo bilkul b nae chla ... aur main ne apko insta py msgs kye and even helpline py bhi ... lekin koe response nae aya
They sent me expired product and upon several messages on insta and whatsapp and calls they didn't respond for 3 days . When they respond they said it will take few days to look into matter. I provided them with picture of product with jts expiry but still they arr saying it will take few days to respond. Tab ta to sarfiyan e khtam hojain gy
I received damaged product and they are not even replying me to exchange from the day one I never suggest anyone to buy from this page they have worst customer service I have ever experienced it’s totally waste of money
I ordered it because I think it's effective but it's not. This brush just dry my hairs but not straighten it. I don't know what's the problem is. I even use it on high mode but my hairs still not get straight. I am not satisfied with result. I got 100% disappointed. Kindly tell me that either it used on wet hairs or dry hairs. I even try on wet hairs but not get my hairs straight. I wanted to return my order. I think it's my mistake that I bought from here
