H&B has one of the worst customer services ever. I've talked to their customer service reps multiple times for reimbursement but they result in nothing. All the reps keep telling me it'll be reimbursed tomorrow but I have received nothing so far.

I prepaid for my order through credit card and one of the items was out of stock. They told me i'll receive the refund last wednesday but i still haven't received it. This has also happened once before.

Good sunscreen . I ordered light shade but they send me midium shade... Otherwise product is good

This brush is harmful for hair as it pulls and breaks a lot hair at once, also it is very time taking. I recommend not to waste any money on this useless product.
